- Generate spam content or attempt to manipulate search engines in ways that violate their guidelines.
4. Content Responsibility
All content generated by the App is generated at your direction. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any content published to your site. We are not responsible for content published without your review.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are managed through the Wix App Market. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are subject to Wix's billing policies. We do not have direct access to your payment information.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brendan Bostock and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content generated by the App on your behalf is your property.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic outcomes. SEO is subject to factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
